A quick note about the apartment itself: this is a thoughtfully designed, amenity-rich residence intended for living, working remotely, and enjoying Puerto Vallarta.

The apartment is located on the quieter rear side of the building, helping it stay naturally cooler throughout the day while providing a peaceful environment for working remotely or relaxing after the beach. While Zoho Skies' spectacular rooftop pool, gardens, lounge areas, and workspaces offer panoramic views of the bay and mountains, the apartment itself overlooks neighboring properties and ongoing improvements in the surrounding area.

The neighboring property behind the building is currently undergoing improvements, including landscaping, exterior painting, and construction of a covered parking area. These upgrades are expected to improve the appearance of the surrounding area over time. Current photos accurately reflect the apartment's setting and outlook.
